CSS has partnered with a leading supplier of downhole monitoring devices to create a data-acquisition ASIC that operates at temperatures of 200°C.
Custom Solution from CSS
This ASIC integrates the functionality to acquire pressure and temperature data through frequency comparison and then transmit the acquired data through I2C.
The chip has three acquisition channels and includes reference oscillators used in the frequency comparison.
The chip also contains power management and other signal processing.
