Packaging (CSS
Subcontract)
- A wide variety of packages are available, as well as die
delivery
Package Testing (CSS)
- Packages are typically tested at CSS
- Test Program is Custom Made
- Delivery in rails, tape & reel or waffle packs (die)
Production Reports (CSS)
- Probe and Package Test Data is analyzed by CSS Product
Engineering
- Yield and Statistical Process Control information is available to ASIC customers.
